Any objective given to a group of people without them knowing about it in advance can become a challenging team building test. For example, moving some objects from one side to another by the entire team but only according to some unconventional rules can become a team building test. The most interesting part will be the debrief, the conclusions, the strong points and the improvements that can be brought to the team.
